Enjoy our live cooking demo with Chef Andrej Urosevic, indulge in small bites, hear from government officials and make valuable connections as we celebrate New Brunswick’s seafood excellence.

Oyster Shucking Competition

Stop by the new Innovation Theater in Hall 1 for a fun and heated competition where contestants are pitted against each other and the clock to shuck oysters as fast as they can.

Hosted by World Champion oyster shucker Patrick “Paddy” McMurray and Sponsored by New Brunswick - Deliciously Canadian.
