SEAFOOD EXPO NORTH AMERICA

BOSTON FROM MARCH 10-12, 2024

New Brunswick’s icy waters, the world’s highest tides, and generations of fishing knowledge result in premium seafood products, and we’re excited to showcase our delicious seafood products – like lobster, snow crab, Atlantic salmon, oysters and coldwater shrimp – at Seafood Expo North America.

Visit us at Booth #1348.

New Brunswickers working in aquaculture and fisheries take pride in bringing their delicious products from the sea to tables in more than 50 countries across the globe. Seafood Expo North America in Boston attracts more than 19,000 buyers and suppliers of seafood products, equipment and services. Participants travel from more than 110 countries to the exposition, and we are honoured to join more than 75 New Brunswick seafood businesses attending the event to promote our world-class seafood. If you’re at the expo, visit us at Booth 1348, and we’ll introduce you to some of the top seafood exporters in the world.

Our brand ambassador, Chef Dennis Prescott, will prepare and serve small bites at our booth at select times daily. Visit us to try his Lobster Croquettes, Snow Crab Toast, or Baked Oysters!

New Brunswick’s Big Five

Lobster

The World’s Largest
Lobster Processor

We produce more than half the global frozen lobster supply, year-round. Our lobster is prized for its hard shell, succulent meat and large claws. And it travels exceptionally well. New Brunswick lobster is lobster at its best.

Atlantic Salmon

From Ocean to Plate
in 48 Hours

The birthplace of North America’s aquaculture industry, New Brunswick is home to the continent’s largest producer of Atlantic salmon. We harvest more than 50 million pounds of melt-in-your-mouth, sashimi-grade salmon annually. So safe you can eat it raw.

Snow Crab

Shells so Perfect,
They’re Blushing

These deep-water treasures are consumed shell-on, so good looks are vital. Our sandy ocean bottoms produce pristine, vibrant red shells, while our frigid waters make for exceptionally sweet, succulent meat. Our snow crab tastes as good as it looks.

Oysters

Harvested on the Far
Northern Boundary

Oysters from the extreme edge of the Atlantic taste better–and have the longest shelf life. New Brunswick’s nordic bays produce top-quality oysters 12 months of the year. Smaller and safer, our oysters are so clean, they’re sold unprocessed.

Coldwater Shrimp

Small Size, Epic Flavour

Wild-caught from the icy depths of the North Atlantic, our coldwater shrimp are smaller and sweeter than warm-water species. State-of-the-art freezing and processing preserve the taste, colour, texture and nutritional value of these plump, juicy little flavour bombs.
