Ingredients

  • 1 head of garlic, roasted and puréed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ lemon, juice and zest
  • Salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 2/3 lb (750 g) frozen French fries, cooked until crisp

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, mix garlic, mayonnaise, and lemon.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, place in a dish for serving and set aside.
  3. While the fries are still hot, toss with smoked paprika, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Serve right away.
