New Brunswick lobster stands out for its exceptional quality and flavour, making it a favourite among seafood lovers everywhere.

Wild-caught from the icy pure waters of the Bay of Fundy, our lobster is prized for its hard shells and large claws packed with delicately delicious meat. Succulent and sweet, New Brunswick lobster is one of the healthiest foods, brimming with vitamins and micronutrients.

In New Brunswick, lobster is woven into the fabric of our coastal culture—it's a way of life. Our fishers bring centuries of experience to our precisely managed fishery. This multigenerational harvesting know-how ensures the highest quality and most sustainable catch is brought to the global marketplace. New Brunswick proudly stands as the world’s largest lobster processor, accounting for half the global frozen lobster supply.

Sustainably harvested from the boast to the dock to the processing plant, New Brunswick lobster tastes as fresh as the day it was caught. We’re proud to share our prized shellfish with the world.
